Cape Town, South Africa, 22 May 2026: Tata Motors, one of the world’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, today showcased a portfolio of 11 vehicles at an event in Cape Town, South Africa, underscoring its engineering strength and technological capabilities. The curated lineup spans multiple segments and powertrain options, including nextgeneration electric vehicles alongside proven platforms, reflecting the company’s ability to design and develop advanced, applicationready mobility solutions for its diverse international markets. The range highlights a continued focus on enhancing productivity, improving uptime and delivering lower total cost of ownership across varied use cases.
The showcase featured the allnew Ultra Prime RE—a rearengine intracity bus designed for comfortable and efficient urban operations—alongside the Azura range, Tata Motors’ nextgeneration intermediate and lightduty trucks developed for regional and intercity haulage.
